Documentation is an essential part of our work, be it an NPI or Trouble shooting guide or possibly a General Guidelines for damage classification. We lay down the rules and criteria together with our client and then send the necessary training materials to the last ‘gear’. Of course, we also provide ‘oil’ for the machine.
